Challenges

Our Client wanted to build Caremore, a digital healthcare platform designed to streamline appointment booking and practitioner discovery. The goal was to connect patients with verified specialists while simplifying scheduling workflows for both patients and healthcare providers.

The Client identified significant operational challenges in the Portuguese healthcare booking landscape:
